Return Policy- Returns are excepted within 3 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon return a refund will be given less a restocking fee of 15%.
Art will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of cleared payment. Our paintings are professionally packaged with 1/2" bubble wrap, and extra cardboard when necessary. Shipping insurance is included with all art. Packages will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will recieve your tracking information by email, once the package goes out.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico- There is an additional shipping charge on artwork being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please contact us at artistnancyhall@yahoo.com for shipping rates.
